OS property Menu creation & Linking

Hello Dam,
I really appreciate your help on setting up my website, Buh I have a little confusing about creating OS property Menu types, for instance if an agent wants to registers and want to add properties or edit companies information, How can I be about to create show a menu and the corresponding module. I tried creating a menu where an agent will register but even after registrations, it pops out a message: you do not have permission and it show another link to register an agent. Is there any documentation on working with menu or any logical consideration I have to put in place before creating menu. ANOTHER challenge is when an agent registers how do I create a login form on the frontpage. Thanks in Advance

Did you setup the menu to the agent registration layout or joomla registration layout?
And what is the menu that you received the error "you do not have permission"
