How to disable email when new listing is approved

Hello,
I'm using Osproperty 2.0.6.3 in a single agent mode. I do not wish to get an email every time I add a property. The email I get has the subject "Listing has been activated in ...". I found this email form under "Manage Email Forms" and unpublished it, but I keep getting the emails. Is there something else I can do to stop these from occurring? I was afraid to delete the email form completely in case I ever wanted to enable it again (I didn't see an "add" button).

Can you please send your site information with super admin, ftp acccount to damdt@joomservices.com. I will check the problem for you.
