using 3.1.1 I tried to instal ajax search module but receive this message Another module is already using directory and /modules/mod_ospropertyajaxsearch.
I trashed the previous version of the module, but it will no longer load and still get the same message.

Update:
I went into c-panel and deleted it from there, looks like joomla lied to me it was still installed. Once I deleted it, it installed ok.
