How can i make these changes? was created by Cayenneua
Hi all, i have a few things to do, but don't know how.
1. I need custom checkbox fields to 3 different categories - sale, rent, business. Now i have just one checkbox field to all of these categories.
2. It is possobile to change price field to a scroll from...to? It's much comfortable.
3. And, the last, can i fix advanced search field on the top after scrolling page down?
Best regards.

Hi,
1. It's impossible to add move 3 property types to one checkbox as you mentioned in topic. But, if you go to Configuration, tab Search, part Advanced search, and select option "All property types" in the multiple dropdown list. After that, refresh the advanced search form at frontend, the top tabs will be disappeared, and all the property types will be shown in one dropdown select list like Category (above picture). And from here, if you don't select any special property type, the system will search through all property types in your Property system.
2. It is possobile to change price field to a scroll from...to? It's much comfortable. - I answered you in another topic
3. I think this is the problem with your template. But can you send the link for more details?
Thanks
Dam

Thanks for the fast answer. Sorry for my english
By the way, it is possible to make different search filters to each category in advance search? e.g. for "business" and "rent" its way different!
my template is youvida, joomla 2.5.

Hi,
From version 2.0.6, OS Property supports different search filters for each property type like "for rent", "for sale" v.v.
And you can update the component to get this feature.
Thanks
Dam

1. It's impossible to have the advanced search with one property type. But you can use the search module (mod_ospropertysearch), and select the property type for that search module.
2. We only have the option to remove Agent in the grid view.
3. What're the fields that you don't want to show in the advanced search page?
4. please attach the screen shot to make this point clearer?
5. It's impossible to change "Category" field to multiple checkboxes
6. It's has the js error in your template. I think you can change another Joomla template to solve this issue.
Thanks

Hi,
Currently, the custom fields can't be assigned to any property types. Only price list can be assigned to property types now.
Thanks

Hi Dam,
Read carefully - not property types, PROPERTY SALE TYPES, eg. categories.
It is possible?
