OS Property Template

Hi, I am a little confused about os property , does it mean that after purchasing OS Property and installing ,it will look like the one shown in the demo page. osproperty.ext4joomla.com/

When you install OS Property and add content(companies, agents, categories, property types, properties v.v.) into component, you will have Joomla site with OS Property data. And then, you can show data(properties, agents, v.v.) at front-end of your site according to menu layouts of OS Property component like Property listing layout, agent registration v.v. You also can install the modules and assign them to the different positions like the demo.
Regarding to the Joomla template, OS Property extension doesn't provide Joomla template, in the demo site, we are using JA Travel. But you can use different templates that you have. OS Property can work with all Joomla templates.

Hi I bought a query component, plugins, modules, but do not know how to adapt to a different template as I thought it came in the demo. Please can you advise me.

yes, but not how to adapt components to a template, I thought it came all set to manage theme

OS Property is component, it isn't template, so you need to setup the menu to layouts of component and assign modules to corresponding positions on your template.
