Template Overides

Could you let me know which files I need to copy to my template to add template overides for osproperty.

components > com_osproperty > template > default

Thanks Dam, what happens if the component is updated, will it overwrite my changes. Also I am wanting to change the [-] for the dropdowns to fontawesome icons, does the component support fontawesome and which file do I edit (I tried editing the details.html.tpl.php file however this did not change anythging on the front end).

Hi,
We will release new version of OS Property in some next days. In that version, we can manage the themes of OS Property. And you can make your own template easily.
Regarding to details.html.tpl.php, please check in your configuration, bottom of tab Properties to see if you are using small or large layout. if you are using small layout, you must modify the file small.details.html.tpl.php

i am using the latest version of osproperty ->2.0.7.1

Where can i find documentation on the themes:

1. How to create themes?
2. How to edit themes?

if you go on to the manage osp themes and click edit the default you cant change anything. Also do you have more theme templates available to download?

Thank you for your quick reply. I have looked at the link and it provides lots of information. A major difference i noticed was that the default theme i have installed is the same version as in the tutorial but all items of the mobile support colunm are no. where as on the tutorial page all of them say yes apart from 2 items.

How do you enable mobile support for all items?
