Problem with template

Hi,
With the first problem, the size of photos big. You can reduce it by go to backend of OS Property, Configuration, tab properties, locate the part View list setting, and find the inputbox :Width size of photo. It's the width size of photo in the listing, you can adjust value to get the photos show correctly in your site.
Second problem, google map, it's not issue, if you use Ctrl + f5, the map will show correctly. It's the issue of Google map js v3.
