I want to stop random system of module

hi, I want to stop displaying property listing randomly, but how. Please help soon.

New listing will be top........but how?

Please give advice.

Currently, the feature listing will be in the top of page, and then the new listing. You only want to show the new listing in the top first, right?

It means......list A will not change its place to load.......... it always will load at same place in the page.
