Menu link to properties: Sort order

I have a menu Item that is a menu type "Layout: Property Listing Layout" and under "other settings" my only two options for "order properties by" is latest or hits. I need to be able to list properties by price in descending order and it is not using the default sort order that I have in my configuration.

How can I accomplish sorting by Price in Descending order?

Hi Dam,
I was having issues with my site so I uninstalled the component and then re-installed version 2.0.8. The sort order for the menu link is not working again.

Can you tell me how to correct the code or access my site and fix it again? I would prefer to know how to modify so that in the future if I upgrade to the next version I do not have to have you modify it again. Please let me know either way.

So you want to have filter option that allow you to select to order properties by price descening, right?
