Category thumnails do not show in category menu

How can I display thumbnails and description on the category menu.

In the configuration, tab Categories, you need to turn on display thumbnails.

I don't see any option that says "turn thumbnails on". It only has three options available :

1. Catagory layout
2. Show description (Not working)
3. Show sub Categories.

Can you send your site information to damdt@joomservices.com. I will check the problem for you. I just checked with my team, there are no config option to show category photo in the list view.. When the category has the photo, it will be shown in the frontend.

We just changed a bit in Configuration, tab Categories.

I was able to get category images and descriptions to show by clicking the "show sub categories" checkbox.
