buy, sell

hi,

i want same function of buy and sell same as in other real estate sites, in that search it displays i want to : if we select buy in drop down, the property which is for sale should display.

But is os property search field and post property field select names are same. so please tell me the solution.

I have attached the images, My question in simple, while adding property it should sell in select box and in search it should show buy,
