Component options to set permissions missing was created by Jochen Kirstaetter
Hi,

I would like to set permissions for the menu entry 'Ossolution Property' below the administrative component menu. Compared to other components like 'FaLang' there is no Options button in the CPanel.

How would I set the access right 'Access Administration Interface' for the user group 'Manager' or any other user-defined user group of 'Ossolution Property' at the moment?

Regards, JoKi

PS: Using Joomla! 2.5.9 and OS_Property 2.0.4.4.

Hi Jason,
This feature is available in OS Property. You can setup the "access level" to access to OS Property's control panel for all back-end user groups.
Thanks
Dam

So sorry. I guess I didn't notice I was in the OSProperty forum.

I need to set permissions in JoomDonation.

Any advice?
Thanks,
Jason

Yes. I want to give access to a secretary to the backend of my Joomla installation, but only the JoomDonation component. When she logs into the backend, she should only see JoomDonation under the components menu. I know how to do this, I just need to specify permissions for the JoomDonation component. Most components have an 'options' button at the top right in Joomla 2.5 that includes a tab for 'permissions'. There isn't one in JoomDonation.

Hope that helps understand my need.

Thanks,
Jason
