ON PROGRESS - Log file was created by sti

hi. is there a log file to see why the site not loading for osporpoerty component?

pls advice on the locations.

Currently, OS Property doesn't have log file feature.

apart from osproperty is there any log under php log etc?
those under cpanel etc?
