Disable/hide 2 features in Add new property box was created by zenoni

1. Is it possible to disable or hide Access filed in Add new property box. I want all new items to became public by default. I think that this field will be misleading for the end users?

2. Is it possible to disable or hide a Meta Information block, especially "Upload document" feature in Add new property box?

Please could you implement these features in the next version.
