Relate properties Except Same address properties

Hi, I do not want to show same address properties in relate properties area. Is it possible?
example...........I have 5 building units under the address 5 hanna , toronto, soppose I am going to open 5 hanna # 504 property details page, so in this situation, Relate propert will display first 5 hanna other 4 properties first
but I do not want to see same address properties in relate area, Is it possible, if yes, it will be appreciated certainly.

Unfortunately, it's impossble to show the relate properties in other address with the current properties.

thanks for reply. Is it possible to show those properties from 10 miles to 50 miles in relate properties area???

Or is there any other way to show relate properties? Actually I want to overlook same address only?
