Menu Error: Layout: List properties of city

Menu Error: Layout: List properties of city was created by zenoni
I am using Joomla 2.5.9 and OSP 2.0.4.3.
When I try to add a menu item "Layout: List properties of city" into the Main Menu then I get the following error: "Fatal error: Class 'JElement' not found in
\EasyPHP\www\kv\administrator\components\com_osproperty\fields\city.php on line 20"
