Hi Sean,
In your site, i see you have only Paypal payment gateway.
Only when the customer complete the payment, agent (property owner) receive the notification email.

Sean, did you test with offline payment too? It didn't work for me...
For that type of payment the booking won't be complete until the property owner will complete the payment with the customer and the owner won't get the notification...

When i made a test OFFLINE Booking the Agent did not get a email to say your property has just been booked???? It worked with Paypal payment on sanbox... Sean :(

copy this file to
components > com_osservicesbooking > helper > payments folder
and test the offline payment again.
