All Agents

Hi All,

I have membership integrated into os property.

I have the site configured with a forum which needs to have a registration in order to post. So I have created 2 plans: 1/ standard website user (no cost) 2/ Property agent. (with a cost later). The issue is that when I search all agents, the standard website users appear as well.

Anybody found a workaround for this?

Where did you search the agents? In the agent searching layout of OSP?

You mean is with the subscription plans that haven't got any properties in the config tab (OS Property setting), when user purchase it, he won't be agent, right?

Hi,

Yes, the first plan is for a standard website user who can post on the forum (free to register). Under registered, I have made 2 sub users - agents and users. In membership they go into their relevant groups.

Also cannot make 2 registration forms as the core settings are 'on' or off, for both plans. See myproperty.ae

My solution is we will update user become to agent if they purchase the subscription plans that have number properites (in the configuration tab) higher than zero.
With the subscription plans that have number properties is zero. It's the free subscription, customer who purchased these subscription plans won't become agent.
Let me know how do you think about my idea.

Hi,

Sounds like that would work - All I need is that when somebody clicks 'All Agent' only agents appear. I still have the subscription form issue, where I cannot get a simple form for 'Standard website user'.
