What is the meaning of keyword in locator search

I am using OsProperty Ajax Search and it works great showing properties based on the typed keyword which is found in description field of the property however if you click search or just hit enter it brings you to Locator search where if you use the same word in keyword field brings you nothing.
I am wondering how to get to Advanced search instead of locator search when hit Enter which works fine with the same keyword.
Also what search the locator search does based on the keyword?
So far I don't get it and I would rather take it off as it confuses....

This issue has been fixed in the latest version 2.0.4. Please download it and re-install the component. Or you only need to update file
components > com_osproperty > classes > locator.php
