Hi,
It seems your problem has cause of your setting of php. The value of max upload file size in your php is 2MB while the size of com_osproperty is over 2MB. That's the reason you can't install it.
To solve this issue, we have 2 solutions,
1. Please download the attachment php.ini and upload it to the folder "administrator" of Joomla site. And then, try to install OS Property again.
2. If the first solution is not successful, you need to contact with your hosting admin to increase the value of upload filesize php varriables.

Thanks for the info,

Right now i tryied to upload php.ini ( in my host manager FTP file menager, on joolma administrator folder ) but i can't upload the component still.

So i sent my problem info to godaddy hosting and i will wait an answer about the limit of php.

I saw that configuration.php and ./logs (Log directory) are unwritable, maybe this the problem?

Can unzip and upload file by file instead?

Update: i haven't still fixed the problem,but after reinstalling joomla the configuration.php is writable.
still can't upload the com_osproperty.zip file
