Can't install ospropertyslideshow module

Hi Dam,
I tried to install ospropertyslideshow module to my site. Then it gets following errr message


JFTP: :store: Bad response
Warning: Failed to move file!
JFTP: :mkdir: Bad response
JFTP: :chmod: Bad response
Unable to create destination

Is this from file permission error ? If yes, then in which folder and where is it located on remote server ? otherwise, tell me the way to solve the problem.

It's the permission problem in your site, please contact with hosting admin to ask support from them. There is another solution to install the search module. You upload the search module to the tmp folder and install the module from the link of the file in tmp folder. But i am not sure if the system can copy files from "tmp" folder to "modules" folder. So it's better if you can ask the hosting admin to change the permission to the correct value so that you can install the modules or other extension normally.

Could you please tell me the location path of the folder to be edit permission.

Folder : modules.
But i don't know when the system create the folder : mod_ospropertyslideshow. the system can copy files to that folder.

mod_ospropertyslideshow folder already exist inside the modules folder. But it does not appear at module manager list. How can i show it at module manager.

You need to remove that folder and re-install.

Dear Dam,
I removed the folder and set ftp account off. Then the module installed and installed successfully message revived. Now mod_ospropertyslideshow folder exist inside the modules folder but there is no to appear Osproperty slideshow raw in the module manager menu. System info shws both log and tmp are writable. So how to resolve this problem.
