New properties email Alert

Hi,

I would like to know if there's a module or a plugin that can Email alert people who wants to buy or rent a house for new properties.

It's a great feature that we have thought. The main problem is we should use cron job function for this feature. But almost normal customer don't know how to setup the cronjob in their hosting.
We must find the easier solution for this task.
