Slideshow by property type

Is there a way to get the slideshow module to show all "for sale" type properties?
It will show a slide show if I put in properties ids 1,2,3,4,5 and so on but I don't want to have log back in and update those for new listings.
I want to put 1 for Property type IDs for the "for sale" and it randomly pick them from that list but when I do it doesn't show up.

Edit: I figured this out. You have to change data source from "properties" to "search criteria"

Unfortunately, in this time, we only have the option to allow administrator to setup the criteria by category IDs.

That isn't a problem for me as I am the site designer and have full access.

I do have a quick question about what photo the slideshow chooses. Is it random or is photo no 1? For some reason the first property picked the 1st photo and the 2nd property picked the 3rd photo. I would like all to pick the first photo of the exterior of the houses.

Major BUG!!! When I delete photos (I delete all of them from one property) the site no longer loads (slide show page) until I delete the that full listing. This is not good if my client deletes there photos the slideshow breaks the site.
