Change "request more details form"

HI.

I would like to edit the fields on the Request more details form.

I want to add 2 date fields and a number of people field.

I have found the details.htmp.tpl.php and I can see the changes in the front end but I cannot find how to send the extra fields to the agent in the email.

So far the email just stays the same.

Any help would be appreciated.
