SOLVED: Question about photo croping function

Dear support,
When i install the latest version of OS Property and i tried to create new property. Next step, i can create the thumbail and medium photos by manually. It's great feature. But after saving it, the medium and thumbnail photo are still generated by OSP system? What's wrong here?

One more thing, i have tried to import properties from CSV. It works ok, but the photo of properties are generated automatically? Can i edit the thumbnail and medium photos manually in csv import?

I am not sure the problem you mentioned, but can you please check this point.
When you create the medium or thumbnail photo by manually. Did you check the radio button "Create photo by manually".

About the CSV import. Unfortunately, you can't make the photo by manually because in case you upload many properties, it will be a lot photos. And it can make your system low.

I've just tried again, and you are correct. I tick on the radio, and the photos are correct now.
