Security Code disappearing in Google chrome

Security Code disappearing in Google chrome was created by kaleshS
Please see attachment - In Agent registration page, the security code just disappears after a few seconds. AGents are not able to register because of this.

I have attached a VIDEO of how the captcha image disappears after a few seconds.
As you can see the code just goes away after about 5 seconds.
All I did is just load or refresh the page
