I have the solution for the problem "The options of extra fields don't shown when you upgrade new version", please talk on Skype directly, and i will send the modified file to you, so you can check if it work ok with your case.
From now, when i release new version i will release the upgrade version (install manually) so it won't overwriten the translated files.
Sorry about this problem. It won't happen again.
