Its not fare

it seems like you don't read my post carefully. I lost my hosting because of a security reason. They kick me out because of a virus that spread through to other websites. It happen three times already.

As your post:
- This is the first time your account has been blocked;
- You will upgrade/secure all scripts installed in your account in the fastest possible manner after the account is reactivated; otherwise a consequent block is possible;
- You will review all account content carefully and thoroughly for any suspicious files/executables that are not a part of the site software, otherwise a consequent block is possible;

It means you still can access to your site, you can download the files of your site to your computer to scan virut. And remove all files in your hosting. And ask the hosting to unblock your account, after that, you can upload new site in to your host,

I submitted support ticket look for subject ,, not fare my host under attack,,

read this,that is support reply to my host support ticket ;
Also as I explained you in my previous comments the hosting account is permanently suspend and we are not able to re-active it anymore.

So what now

Hi,
If your account is permanently suspend, you can't access to the ftp anymore. But you can download source code back and send me the zip files, i will check for you.
