Cannot get OS Property to work

HI,
i recently bought OS Property. I extracted the OSproperty v2.0.3 into a separate folder which gave component, other, modules and plugins. I managed to upload some of these using the extension manager (however some had errors come up saying "cannot find XML file). And now im stuck and for the life of me cannot get this site to work As you can probably tell from what i have written, im clearly no IT genius but thought it might have been a bit more straight forward to upload the product i bought so i could start using, uploading/editing properties/agents etc.
