Uninstall :

when performing uninstall the tables all remain in database. :S

some are empty and some are with database.

suggestion :

1.give option to remove database table completely before uninstall at the back end.

When you remove the OS Property component, the data tables won't be removed. In case, if user install new version. The old data won't be lost. You can checked in several popular components like Jom Social, Virtuemart v.v. when you remove the component, the data tables still there.
