joomla 2.5 ACL

hi. i think there is a need to incorporate the native joomla 2.5 acl.

allmost all component have this integrated but not this.

please look into it.

i know there is agents as users.but its not enough.

it should have things like

1. who can see the posting, edit,,comment, report. etc.
