I have tried to add new properties in your site with the location on google is different with the addres (city, state). You can check it from backend page of OS Property.

I have modified the property "test property" in your site. I used google map to set the coordinates in Porto Nacional. This coordinates are different with the address, city and state of the property. And when i see in the property details. It shows correct : juliettiimoveis.com.br/compravendaalugue.../pdt-6-test_property with the coordinates i selected when i modified the property.
In some cases, Google map can't find the coordinates with the addresses of the properties. In those cases, administrator or agents should use Google map to set the coordinates for the properties by using the drag and drop icon in the map. When you drag and drop the red icon in the map. 2 text fields "Lat" and "Long" addresses will be filled data correspoding with the position of the red icon in the map.
If the "Lat" and "Long" are empty fields, when saving the data, OS Property will find the coordinates automatically depend on the address you entered.

Please, try to change the "Chácara em Artur Nogueira" properties, the latitude to -22.55774 and longitude to -47.15424 and try to save. It doesn't work for me. Everytime it changes the red icon to another place that isn't the right place.

I tried to drag and drop, I tried to fill the "Enter address to check lattitude and longtitude:" field, and nothing...
