01st May 2023- New version 2.20.9

The Joomla! OS Property developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Property 3.20.9. This is the tenth release for the 3.20.x series of OS Property with new improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What new in OS Property 3.20.9
1. Add Google reCaptcha in Contact form
From this version, the agents and companies contact forms to prevent spam through those forms.
 

2. Support more image types: Webp and JPEG
In previous versions, OS Property only supports below image types

• JPG
• PNG
• GIF
• BMP

From this version, we add option to allow OS Property to support two more image types: WEBP and JPEG. WebP is a modern image format that provides superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web. Using WebP, webmasters and web developers can create smaller, richer images that make the web faster. WebP lossless images are 26% smaller in size compared to PNGs.
 

3. Improve management pages at Backend side
We add dropdown select list Limit in management pages which allows administrator to change number records showing per pages. By this way, administrator can drag & drop to change ordering of items in easily.

4. Improve Random Properties module
We add option to show Open houses properties (in a time period) at frontend of module

5. Improve Search plugin (Joomla 3)
This is Joomla Native search and it is removed in core of Joomla 4. So this feature is only for Joomla 3

6. Fix bugs in Agent registration and other minor issues
The issue happens when option: User email as username is enabled. It's fixed in this latest OS Property version
