10th July 2018 - New version 3.14.0

The Joomla! OS Property developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Property 3.14.0. This is a first release for the 3.14.x series of OS Property with new big improvements and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What new in OS Property 3.13.4

1. Pay to activate listing and upgrade properties to feature in New way
From version 3.14.0, we introduce a new approach in making payment to activate properties at front-end side of OS Property system. All payment actives will be shown in different step because we don't want to make user confusing when submitting new property from Front-end side.

Now, we will describe each step in the process of implementation of user pay. Remember that we are mentioning the case that the configure option Activate Payment is turned on

After saving new property at front-end, user will be redirected to Payment page, here, they can select option to activate their property by selecting Property type (Standard or Featured) and chosing suitable payment methods. In the next step, depending on the selected payment gateway, user may:
- Is moved to the "payment page" of selected payment gateway, if he choose the direct payment method (like Paypal etc.)
- Is moved to the Summary page with entered Property information and result returned from payment gateway (Offline or Credit card payment gateways)


Upgrade Standard properties to Featured
This feature is available on OS Property from the first versions. Since version 2.9.2, it is enhanced to allow the user can select different available payment methods


2. Making Membership Pro easier to use than before
The integration feature is re-built with purpose: Make everything clearer and simpler than before. So that, we pay attention into 2 main points:
How to purchase OS Property subscription plans from Membership Pro and How user use credits after purchasing subscription plans
Now, we will go through each of problem:
# 1. How to purchase OS Property subscription plans from Membership Pro
Once the subscription plans are ready, user can purchase subscription plans in 2 ways:
Setup direct link to list OS Property subscription plans
You can setup menu to layout: OS Property -> Purchasing subscriptions
In this layout, OS Property will list all subscription plans of Membership Pro. If user is agent, OS Property will list subscription plans for agent only, the same for Company admin.
User redirection
If user activate their properties or upgrading properties from standard to featured and he (she) doesn't have any credits, they will be redirect to Subscription plans purchasing layout.


After purchasing one subscription plan. Agent/Company go to their profile, he will see new tab Membership, here he will see number of properties that he can add or upgrade. And subscription plans that he just purchased.

How user use credits after purchasing subscription plans
From now, whenever agent add or upgrade the properties. His account will be updated. And the number of properties that he can add or upgrade will be reduced.

The Omnipay payment plugin is added into OS Property, this is great payment library, adding Omnipay library into OS Property will create a change to add more powerful payment plugins for OS Property extension.

4. Fix Currency conversion
The Currency convertsion is updated with new currency convert API link

5. Improving Random properties module

Have you published the plugin: OS Property Update package and register a Download ID from: www.joomdonation.com/download-ids.html and enter it in OS Property Configuration yet?
