OS Property 3.13.0 released

The OS Property developer team are proud to announce the release of OS Property 3.13.0. This is a first release for the 3.13.x series of OS Property with new improvement and addresses issues introduced in previous versions.

What new in OS Property 3.13.0
1. New feature: Market Status
Market Status is used to determine the status of the properties in the OS Property system. Currently, OS Property supports 3 statuses: Current, Rented and Sold. We also removed field: Sold in old OS Property version.
To use Market Status in OS Property system, you should turn the feature on through OS Property Configuration > Tab: Properties > Field: Market Status


Then, when you add/edit properties, you will able to select one of activate market statuses.

Along with this change, some functions and layouts of OS Property are changed too
1. Properties listing and Property details page


2. Advanced Search, Locator Search and Search module These search functions are changed to add Market Status filtering
3. Property Listing Layout
This layout is improved to allow administrator to setup menu to list properties by Market Status along with remaining parameters like Category, Property types ..etc. And Filter form of Properties listing layout will contain field: Market Status if you want.
4. Property print, Property Pdf, Random properties module
As Properties listing and Property details layouts, we modify these function to show Market Status of properties.
5. XML and CSV import/ export
These functions are changed to allow administrator to import properties from XML or CSV files with Market Status.
6. ACY mailing and Email alert content
ACY mailing and Email alert content are used to send Newsletter and new properties notification to users. These templates are also changed to add Market Status field.

2. Other improvements

• Add Google Zoom level limitation in property details page
• Add Post Code into XML import/export
• Add new parameter Company in Agent registration layout to allow user to register to become agent of specific Company
• Add Check-in/out search in OS Calendar function. If you are using old OS Calendar version, please go ahead to update OS Calendar to latest version to get this great feature.

3. Resolved issues

• Advanced search - Auto showing result at first time going to Advanced search page
• Properties Comparison layout

Along with OS Property component, some modules and plugins are updated too
