Upgrade featured on Edit profile

At demo.joomdonation.com , I go to the "Edit profile" page and click "Upgrade featured." The "Upgrade properties to featured" page opens. I click Confirm, which takes me back to the "Edit profile" page and displays the message "Properties have been upgraded to featured."

At osproperty.joomla.com , when I click "Upgrade featured," the page refreshes and displays the message "Properties have been upgraded to featured."

What needs to be configured in the backend?

This feature is not often used by most customers. Please submit a support ticket under the "OS Property" category and provide your site information so I can check it for you.
