I get Invalid App ID when adding Facebook ID in order to publish in facebook

Hello there, I am trying to connect our website using the facebook feature, however I keep getting invalid app ID, I tried several ways no success.

APP ID: 1877162885667678

ID is public and has been published live (Turned on)

Please assist!

I feel like nobody cares about my issue

I have the same issue and as much as I read the Facebook Documentation I just get even more confused.

It would be really great if the Guys here would explain what the current requirements are so that we can get this feature working.

All I ever get is:
Invalid Scopes: publish_actions, user_likes, manage_pages. This message is only shown to developers. Users of your app will ignore these permissions if present. Please read the documentation for valid permissions at: developers.facebook.com/docs/facebook-login/permissions

I read the documentation but didn't really understand it.
