SOLVED !!! The timezone error on Joomla 3.4.4

Hi, I have just bought OS Property, installed the demo content and added a module and menu-item to the site.
This all seems to work fine, however, when I want to add a new property I get the following message:

0 DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (Never) at position 0 (N): The timezone could not be found in the database

I have changed the timezone for the server from UTC to Brussels timezone (I live in Belgium) but no change.

What can I do to fix this?

We have check and found the problem come from Calendar object of Joomla. To solve the issue, please follow these steps
1. Open file: administrator > components > com_osproperty > classes > property.html.php
