How to Add Location .txt File ?

Can some one please guide me how to add location file present in the package -> other - location - in-india.txt

I want to add indian State- Cities .

You can open file in-india.txt
The structure of that file is:
state_name: city_name,city_name,city_name...
state_name: city_name,city_name,city_name...
state_name: city_name,city_name,city_name...
....
So you can add new state into bottom of file and city names... or you can add cities into existing states

No no, I don't want to add extra. what i wanted to know is how/where i add/upload this txt file ? I don't see any option to upload in Components - OsProperty in admin

Ah, i see. You can go to backend > OS Property > Dashboard and click on Slider Location. You will see the list of country.
And then, you can select country Indian to Update Location
