How Can I Disable Core Fields? was created by Marty
How can I disable "Beds", "Baths", "Floors", "Rooms", etc. for categories "Land" and "Office" and still have it in other categories?

Hi,
There isn't any solution to disable "core fields" in specific categories while we still enable them in remain categories.
Reason: from version 2.7.1, OS Property allows one property can be assigned to more than one category. And in that case, we won't solve the case "Property A is belong to Category B and C, while the core fields are enabled on category B and disabled on category C"
Thanks
Dam

Hello Dam,
You say it is not possible to disable core field(s) for certain category.
But is it possible to disable/remove core field(s) for all categories?
Because if I can disable/remove core field(s) completely then I should be able to create custom field(s) and assign only to certain categories, right?
Thank you.

Hi Marty,
You can disable core fields and create extra fields, and then, assign them to Property types
Thanks
