I can´t install modules 2.6.1

I can´t install modules 2.6.1 was created by Jose Alvarez

I have OsProperty 2.6.1, and i can´t install any of the modules included.
I could install Category Menu and Random Properties but not the others.
Any light on this or should be a hosting permission issue?

The error is "Can´t find installation file", so "Can´t create the folder"
