Some customers complain us that at their site, registered users can't post their properties at frontend?
The answer is simple in OS Property, only agents can upload properties at frontend. Registered user, company admin, super admin aren't allowed to add properties at front-end of Joomla site.
"Registered-users" can register to become agent in layout "Agent: register" of OS Property. In this page, if user already logged in, they won't see the "Joomla account registering part" in "Agent registration form". They will only see the "agent information part", fill the form and submit it. They will become agent.
With non-registered user, in addition to information about agents, they also found the Joomla registration fields in "Agent registration form". Simply, they can enter username, password, email v.v. as well as agent information into that form. After completing this form, they will become an agent and registered user also.
A few other customers ask that they are agent and they already logged at frontend, but when they go to "Add property" page, they are redirected to home page with strange message "You don't have permission to go to this area". The answer is administrator hasn't allowed agents to upload their properties at frontend of Joomla site. To change this configure option, administrator can go to backend > OS Property component > Configuration > Tab Agents and from this tab, administrator can select to allow agents to upload properties at frontend. After that, agent can post the listing normally.
