Hi Carolina,
Your request for a sticky bar is quite specific and not widely needed; I believe it mainly serves your purpose and perhaps only a small number of other customers. Therefore, I will not add this feature to OS Property.
However, if you still need it, we can offer a custom project to implement this change for you.
Please let me know if you are interested.
Best regards,
Dam

Dear Dam,
here in spain is it very used to give Informations about the energy certificate and most of the seller don't have it till the day they wanna sell their property. So its important for the future buyer to know that the certificate is "in progress" because the notary insists on this certificate the day of signing selling contract.
Just to let you know why I was asking for. Regards Carolina

Hi Carolina,
Thank you for your explanation. I understand that this is a specific requirement for Spain. However, to support this feature generally for Spain, we would need to modify the database structure, and many other countries do not require this information.
If you need this feature specifically for your country, we can offer a custom job to adjust this part for you.
Please let me know if you would like to proceed.
Best regards,
Dam
