Email property alert was created by Gary Archer
The present email alert function which is used to send notification to users when new properties uploaded is far to complicated in that the user needs to be registered and logged in prior to carring out an advanced search. The system needs to offer an email alert button which is available to non logged in users which can then take the user to the process of saving a search for required email alerts.

Hi,
Allowing non-logged-in users to receive email alerts could potentially impact the system’s performance and may lead to overload issues. However, we definitely plan to improve this feature. In the future, users will be able to log in or register directly on the Advanced Search page, making it faster and more convenient to save their search lists.
Thank you for your feedback!
Best regards,
Dam
