Extra fields in object information

I woud like to have the possibility to add extra custom fields in the object information.

Like Elevator ( yes/no) in base property

Like parking ( open / box) in parking section

Now the extra fields are on the bottom...

Also it would be good to include "Swimming Pool - Yes Private, Yes Communal or No"

This is a really important part of a lot of rentals and sales and should even be published on the listing pages where beds/bath icons are
