Adding more than one document

I've experienced there's often the need to show more than one document on a property, being it an evaluation, an assesment, a report, or a floor plan.
Possible solutions (in my humble view) could be:
- adding 4-5 other upload fields under upload document fields
- adding a new custom field type to upload documents
A plus to both solutions would be the possibility to upload a preview image, usable e.g when it's used for a floor plan (or blueprint, or project) and there's a need to show it in a different place than image gallery. I realize it would involve a modification in templates, but it's just a suggestion, take it as it is...

Actually, it's difficult to implement that feature, but i will consider to think about it in future.
