Make Better Structure: Properties Types

Hello.
OS Property needs to have correct structure of Properties
NOW : "Property type"
NEED TO BE 2 FIELDS : Transaction Type (like For Sale, For Rent..) and Market Status (like Sold, Rented...)
Example : prntscr.com/h03end (or attached image)
You cant have Property type: For rent in the Front of the site , it needs to be Transaction Type: For rent AND Market Status : Current

That is the correct structure OS Property need to adapt even if it has a lot pain as I understand its difficult to change now BUT if it has to be correct it has to change. . All the big sites working like this!

Yes the property could have only one Market status !
Of course they are properties which are for Sale and for Rent BUT technical thinking how you going to make a menu category link to properties only for sale and a category link for properties only for rent ?!
So technical I think its better have only one Market status there!
That will make it more easy in a lot fields !

Is it possible to know when you gonna adapt this very important change to OS Property as I see its not in the 3.12.6 you have release now ?
As its crucial for me to move from EzRealty where it is like that to OS Property and make the migration correctly to those Market Status and Properties Types my properties already have.

This change would be helpful. Using the extra fields function is not so good for this.

Oh this is very good one .
I m wondering what Properties Types has to do with For Sale or for Rent , what are you thinking guys when you develop at first this one.
Are you going to implement that or not as I see in a old requested feature and nothing happens.
I m checking the competition and I see that of course is already implemented
