I am using OsProperty and Membership Pro. The integration allows me to offer subscription items but will not allow me to limit the number of listings a subscriber can post inside of OsProperty. This would be an extremely nice feature that I would be willing to pay for the development of.

I think you misunderstand here. Because when you intergrate OS Property with Membership pro, you should be able to manage the properties that agents can upload through the subscription plans that they purchased before

Please confirm, that with Member Pro integration I can sell a yearly subscription but limit the agent to list 10 properties, and allow the agent to upgrade membership to list more properties in future?
