OS property & OS Calendar - Features

Hi Dam,

Great components, I was wondering if it is possible to put a filter for availability calender search on different Manage property types. The reason is I have holiday accommodation I do not wish to mix availability search for example long term rentals. or at least give user the option.

Also it would be good if when making a booking we can offer the client to pay a deposit and not just the full amount. In some cases we require a deposit and in some case no. It could be a fixed amount or percentage. So it would be good to have these option in configuration area.

I think OS Calendar can suit you need. Because you can setup the price plan for each property types. Depend on the price plan of property type. You can setup the renting price for night or for time range.
And you are able to setup the deposit amount = % of total amount too. These configure options are in Configuration page of OS Calendar.
