Display Listings by City and Category + Deep urls

Hello,
I think will be good for many users to have the ability to navigate
- By States
- By Cities
And able to filter by categories + other criteria (ex bedrooms)
Ex: I want to display all the Listings For sale in New York

Will be good as well to be able to generate urls with more criteria - Make a search that generate a seo friendly url
- Url to display all the 2 bedrooms for rent in New York --- /listing/new-york/for-rent/
- Url to disply all the 2 bedrooms + apartments + for rent + new york---> /listing/apartments/new-york/for-rent/

If it's possible can you please tell me where to look? If not possible yet, do you plan to add these features?

I am totally agree with the Thibaut comment.
In fact i need to do that, generate urls according to the search function and localities selected.
Is that possible? How to do it?
